ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
We are committed to doing everything possible to ensure all orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after the purchase.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Field Made Co ships worldwide via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Asendia & more. The delivery options are available at the ordering stage. Please note that delivery times are estimated and provided by the transport companies and cannot be guaranteed in any way. Once the order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number (if it applies) will be sent to you.
ABOUT REGULAR SHIPPING WITHOUT TRACKING
We offer regular shipping without a tracking number to anywhere in Canada via the regular Canada Post service. When selecting a shipping option without a tracking number, you do so at your own risk; Field Made will not refund any customer for missing or damaged goods if this postage option was selected.
ABOUT FREE SHIPPING
All orders of $50 CAD (50$ USD) or more qualify for free economy shipping within Canada and the United States. No promotional code is needed.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
- USA: No customs or import fees (under $800)

EU Orders (UK see below):
- Orders Under 150€ (Excluding Taxes and Shipping): Delivered WITH taxes and duties paid.
- Orders Over 150€ (Excluding Taxes and Delivery): Taxes and duties settled upon delivery.
- UK Orders: Applicable customs or import fees will be charged when the package arrives at the destination. (We will soon be able to have orders delivered with taxes and duties paid - We are waiting on government approval.)
- ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Applicable customs or import fees are usually charged when the package arrives at the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient and are not reimbursable. We suggest you contact your local customs office for any information regarding fees before placing your order.
DISCLAIMER FOR WRONG ADDRESS It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. If a wrong delivery address is provided to us, please contact us immediately by email at hello@fieldmade.co. If the package is already sent to the wrong address, the courier may not accept changing the address. If the package is returned to us and the buyer requests to ship it again, additional shipping charges will apply.
SHIPPING ISSUE RESOLUTION If you have an issue with your shipment, the best recourse is with the carrier themselves. While we will do what we can to assist, please know that Field Made Co can’t be held responsible for delivery issues (including delivery to the wrong address, lost/stolen in transit, or delayed by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.)
